Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Previous experience as restaurant server or waiter preferred but not required
Ability to use computerized point-of-sale system
Good communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel and lift trays and pans up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats
Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours
Good sense of balance, ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Delivers food and drinks to guests using team delivery system
Greets guests, answers questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
Relays orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
Observes guests and responds to any additional requests
Presents guest check to each table and accepts a form of payment, completes proper charge card procedures
Participates in clearing and resetting dining room tables
