Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe are a plus
Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu with thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
Work cooperatively as a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
Interact respectfully and thoughtfully with co-workers and other wait staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues effectively
