Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
  • Ability to frequently wash hands during shift
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
  • Anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and dining areas
