Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum 2 years of recent serving experience in a high volume restaurant is required
- Must have ServSafe Alcohol Certification prior to hire
- Knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations regarding Health, Safety, Sanitation and Emergency procedures is required
- Exceptional guest or customer service skills
- Basic understanding of cash handling
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English well enough for effective communication
- Knowledge of computers is preferred
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug or alcohol screen and criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire

Job Duties
- Perform all opening or closing duties as scheduled to ensure the restaurant is clean and organized
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, attend to guests upon entrance and greet immediately
- Present and explain menus to assist guests in selecting food or beverages
- Take orders and communicate them to BOH in a timely manner
- Serve orders to guests in a timely manner, check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
- Handle issues or concerns appropriately with a calm, positive demeanor, notify management of all issues or concerns
