Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willingness and ability to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug test including controlled substances
  • prohibition on alcohol consumption during service
  • compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug test
  • willingness to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge and escort guests to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
  • relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
  • assist with greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events
