Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
willingness and ability to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
ability to pass pre-employment drug test including controlled substances
prohibition on alcohol consumption during service
compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
cater to all culinary requests efficiently
acknowledge and escort guests to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
assist with greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events
