Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to follow restaurant policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

previous experience as restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, runner, or other FOH part time restaurant job preferred but not required
ability to provide courteous and efficient service
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

deliver food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
accommodate guests' needs by following Applebee's Ten Basic Service Steps
engage with guests to create authentic and memorable experiences
manage order accuracy and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
