Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
Knowledge of craft beer and American food is an asset
Ability to provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in alcohol service and Serve Safe is a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
Work collaboratively with team members maintaining a can-do attitude to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations
