Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • availability to work minimum 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • capable of moderate physical activities including lifting, bending, climbing, prolonged standing and walking
  • pass federal pre-employment drug test including marijuana
  • no alcohol consumption during work
  • adhere to grooming standards for tattoos and piercings
  • temporary employment limited to 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
  • able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing or walking for extended periods
  • pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
  • willing to adhere to strict grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • able to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
  • committed to providing safe and conscientious service

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, answer questions about menu items
  • relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation
  • perform other functions including greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, catering evening entertainment
