Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- availability to work minimum 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- capable of moderate physical activities including lifting, bending, climbing, prolonged standing and walking
- pass federal pre-employment drug test including marijuana
- no alcohol consumption during work
- adhere to grooming standards for tattoos and piercings
- temporary employment limited to 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing or walking for extended periods
- pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- willing to adhere to strict grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- able to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
- committed to providing safe and conscientious service
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, answer questions about menu items
- relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation
- perform other functions including greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, catering evening entertainment
