Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol according to state regulations
flexible to work a variety of shifts
able to provide genuine hospitality and excellent guest service
willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
able to work part-time or full-time hours

Job Qualifications

Alcohol certification and Serve Safe preferred
previous experience as a server preferred but not required
strong customer service skills
ability to work flexible shifts
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
team player mindset

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
work collaboratively as a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
interact with co-workers and other servers in a friendly and thoughtful manner
take orders accurately and efficiently
ensure compliance with alcohol serving regulations
