Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a table-service restaurant, preferred
- valid alcohol certification

- basic bookkeeping knowledge
- working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- offer menu assistance and present menu specials
- answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- take accurate orders for food and beverages
- deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- ensure guests' meals and experiences are as perfect as possible
- serve guests with a warm, friendly smile
- maintain guest retention through excellent service
- perform cleaning, sanitizing, and side work duties
- collaborate as part of a team to support restaurant operations
- report thoroughly to management
- handle cash and credit payments responsibly
