Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food and beverage service experience
  • Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city
  • Completion of Invited F&B service training program
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and fold/unfold
  • Commitment to maintain required certifications
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Completion of Invited's F&B service training program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program
  • Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely
  • Ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials
  • Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist fellow employees to ensure seamless member and guest experience
  • Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques
  • Complete daily assignments and side work, keeping work areas organized, clean, and stocked
  • Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Support management by completing additional duties as assigned
