Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service
  • current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • completion of invited food and beverage service training program
  • ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
  • capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
  • able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • maintain high standards of service following the invited food and beverage service training program
  • provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
  • ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
  • greet members by name and provide a warm welcome making them feel at home
  • assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
  • handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
  • complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
