Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- completion of invited food and beverage service training program
- ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
- capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
- able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Duties
- maintain high standards of service following the invited food and beverage service training program
- provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
- greet members by name and provide a warm welcome making them feel at home
- assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
- complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
