Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s food and beverage service training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following the Invited food and beverage service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure a complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name providing a warm welcome and making them feel at home
- Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- Handle member and guest complaints using service recovery techniques ensuring prompt resolution
- Complete daily assignments and side work maintaining organized clean and well-stocked work areas
- Follow club standards for cleanliness organization and safety
- Support management by completing additional duties as assigned
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management
- Follow all company club and department policies procedures and instructions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellence in interactions with members colleagues and staff
- Follow safe working practices ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications
- Address and resolve challenges using available resources working with regional and corporate teams
- Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities
- Wear a clean neat uniform that meets club standards
