Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service, following Invited F&B service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely
- Ensure complete knowledge of à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
- Assist fellow employees and ensure seamless member and guest experience through teamwork
- Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques
- Complete daily assignments and side work to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Support management by completing additional duties as assigned
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks
- Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Follow safe working practices and encourage others to do the same
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth, maintain certifications
- Address and resolve challenges using available resources
- Attend daily briefings and actively engage in team activities
- Wear clean, neat uniform meeting club standards
