Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Completion of Invited’s F&B service training program
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Completion of Invited’s F&B service training program
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program
  • Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
  • Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
  • Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Complete daily assignments and side work, maintaining organized, clean, and well-stocked work areas
