Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B service training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
- Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring prompt resolution
- Complete daily assignments and side work, maintaining organized, clean, and well-stocked work areas
