Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
- Follow all company club and department policies procedures and instructions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations preferred
- Completion of Invited's F&B service training program preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders promptly
- Ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name providing a warm welcome and making them feel at home
- Assist fellow employees ensuring seamless member and guest experience through teamwork
- Handle member and guest complaints using service recovery techniques ensuring prompt resolution
- Complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
