Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
  • capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
  • able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service
  • current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • completion of Invited’s F&B service training program
  • excellent communication skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program
  • provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders timely
  • ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily specials
  • greet members by name providing a warm welcome
  • assist fellow employees to ensure seamless member and guest experience
  • handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques
  • complete daily assignments and side work maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • follow club standards for cleanliness organization and safety
  • support management by completing additional duties as assigned
