Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with exposure to dust, fumes or gases
- capability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and fold/unfold as required
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills including talking, hearing and sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required
- completion of Invited’s F&B service training program
- excellent communication skills with clarity and effectiveness
- ability to follow instructions and work well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following trained protocols
- provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders timely
- ensure complete knowledge of à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- greet members by name and provide warm welcomes
- assist fellow employees ensuring seamless member and guest experience
- handle member and guest complaints with effective service recovery
- complete daily assignments and side work maintaining cleanliness and organization
- follow club standards for cleanliness, organization and safety
- support management by completing additional duties as assigned
- assist others as needed and take on additional tasks
- follow all company and department policies and procedures
- maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- follow safe working practices and compliance with safety guidelines
- take initiative in personal and professional growth
- address and resolve challenges working with regional and corporate teams
- attend daily briefings and engage in team success activities
- wear a clean, neat uniform meeting club standards
