Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s food and beverage service training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service, following the Invited food and beverage service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure complete knowledge of the à la carte menu, including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home
- Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
- Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked
