Job Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding and unfolding as required
able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
attendance requirements for position as outlined on the weekly schedule
willingness to work additional hours including weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food and beverage service
current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
completion of Invited's Food and Beverage service training program
excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

Maintain high standards of service, following the invited Food and Beverage (F&B) service training program
provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner
ensure a complete knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials
greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home
assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked
follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
support management by completing additional duties as assigned
