Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding and unfolding as required
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- attendance requirements for position as outlined on the weekly schedule
- willingness to work additional hours including weekends and/or holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- completion of Invited's Food and Beverage service training program
- excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
- ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service, following the invited Food and Beverage (F&B) service training program
- provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner
- ensure a complete knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials
- greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home
- assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
- complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked
- follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
- support management by completing additional duties as assigned
