Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited Food and Beverage Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following Invited Food and Beverage service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders promptly
- Ensure complete knowledge of à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name with a warm welcome making them feel at home
- Assist fellow employees and support seamless member and guest experience through teamwork
- Handle member and guest complaints using service recovery techniques
- Complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are clean, organized and well-stocked
- Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Support management by completing additional duties as assigned
