Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Court of Master Sommeliers certification or equivalent
- Experience in hotel, casino, or restaurant settings

Job Duties
- Support all venues in the training and onboarding of all Front-of-House managers
- Provide ongoing training and standardization
- Develop and standardize operating procedures for all administrative wine functions in partnership with Warehouse, Strategic Sourcing and Financial Planning & Analysis partners
- Audit all menus for accuracy of pricing and compliance with Corporate Wine agreements and programming
- Work with supplier and distributor partners to ensure best pricing and strategy is aligned for the betterment of property COGS
- Work with warehouse teams to deplete dead stock inventory, bringing stakeholders from Banquets & Catering, Retail, Casino Marketing, etc. into the conversation to ensure property is making the correct strategic decisions in this area
- Identify and prioritize venues of need based on guest experience feedback from property-wide and internal service quality programs
- Work with IT partners to ensure all wine-related functions are vetting innovations in the space, from inventory and sourcing (Oracle), to education and menus
