Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Capacity to carry and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Experience working on-site at events

Job Duties

  • Creating detailed wedding timelines tailored for each couple
  • Serving as an advocate for the couple, helping to maintain their composure under pressure while addressing any challenges that may arise on their special day
  • Overseeing the set-up for both the ceremony and reception
  • Managing all day-of operations while being present at the venue from early morning until the culmination of the event
  • Welcoming and guiding all vendors on-site
  • Communicating effectively with vendors regarding set-up requirements
  • Arranging seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book, and other thematic decorations
  • Assisting the wedding party and family with any requests, questions, or concerns throughout the celebration
  • Coordinating end-of-event tasks for gifts, guest books, toasting flutes, and more
