Job Requirements

Job Duties
- create and manage detailed wedding timelines that align with couples' visions
- support and advocate for couples, helping them remain calm under pressure while addressing any issues
- oversee the set-up for both the ceremony and reception, ensuring everything is perfect
- execute all day-of operations, from early morning setup to the final tear down
- welcome and guide all vendors involved in the event to ensure seamless collaboration
- communicate effectively with vendors regarding specific setups and requirements
- set up essential decor elements, including seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, and guest books
- assist the wedding party and family with any questions or concerns throughout the event
- ensure proper arrangements are made for gifts, guest books, toasting flutes, and more at the end of the event
