Job Requirements

  • Senior-level hospitality operations experience
  • Leadership experience at VP level or above
  • Experience managing diverse hotel portfolios including luxury and lifestyle segments
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with investors and partners
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Flexibility to work extended hours
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Senior-level hospitality operations experience with a hotel management company leading to VP or above
  • Background overseeing hotel portfolios with full-service, resort, lifestyle, and luxury hotels
  • Experience working across multiple brand families, including independent hotels
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hotel investors and regional partners
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Guide a portfolio of hotels by developing and executing strategic operating plans that improve profitability, market share, guest satisfaction, and brand alignment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel investors and regional partners, providing clear expectations and driving alignment on performance priorities
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing field team to ensure consistent execution and leadership bench strength across the portfolio
  • Review key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and deploy targeted action plans that yield measurable results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operating processes, elevate brand identity, and activate initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance
  • Ensure hotels maintain full compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements, and champion HHM’s sustainability practices
  • Promote transparent communication, resolve performance gaps quickly, and foster a collaborative culture across regional and property teams
  • Contribute to companywide strategies that support service excellence, team engagement, and long-term revenue goals
