Job Requirements
- Must hold valid driver’s license
- Have a driving record in accordance with local policies and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
- Two years of relevant experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and driving test
- Must be willing to work various times and locations based on business needs
- Employment subject to criminal background check and pre-employment physical

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of operations involved in driving and parking vehicles for guests
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting vehicle damage
- Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Collect and secure cash and issue receipts
- Write down vehicle information and location on valet tickets
- Tag and maintain keys
- Ensure appropriate service standards with all front-line staff
- Resolve visitor issues to meet service expectations
- Serve as backup to Supervisor during absences
