Job Requirements
- must hold valid driver’s license
- have driving record in accordance with local policies
- enroll in California Employer Pull Notice Program if required
- two years of relevant experience
- strong customer service skills
- must be willing to work various times and locations based on business needs
- must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and driving test
- must be able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- employment subject to criminal background check and pre-employment physical

Job Duties
- drive and park vehicles for guests
- maintain excellent customer service standards
- issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting any prior vehicle damage
- retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- collect and secure cash and issue receipts
- write down vehicle information and location on valet tickets
- tag and maintain keys
- ensure service standards with front-line staff
- resolve visitor issues
- serve as backup to Supervisor during absences
