Job Requirements
- Must hold valid driver’s license
- Have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
- Two years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be willing to work various times and locations based on business needs
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and driving test
- Must be able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical

- Ability to inspect and document vehicle condition
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of operations involved in driving and parking vehicles for guests
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting any prior vehicle damage
- Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Collect and secure cash and issue receipts
- Write down vehicle information and location on valet tickets
- Tag and maintain keys
- Ensure appropriate service standards are maintained with all front-line staff
- Resolve visitor issues to meet service expectations
- Serve as backup to Supervisor during absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
