Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to perform essential physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights
- Willingness to travel to multiple work sites
- Ability to use personal cell phone for business communication when required
- Flexibility to work varied hours including occasional evenings or weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in client relationship management
- Ability to analyze financial data such as payroll and revenue
- Experience with training and coaching staff
- Knowledge of operational software and scheduling tools
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for each property to manage client relationships
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance for smooth daily valet operations
- Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to keep operations financially on track
- Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates while fostering a positive work environment
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational progress and challenges
- Conduct site visits and oversee multiple locations including new account launches
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies while managing team performance
