Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to perform essential physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights
  • Willingness to travel to multiple work sites
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for business communication when required
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including occasional evenings or weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in client relationship management
  • Ability to analyze financial data such as payroll and revenue
  • Experience with training and coaching staff
  • Knowledge of operational software and scheduling tools
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for each property to manage client relationships
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance for smooth daily valet operations
  • Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to keep operations financially on track
  • Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates while fostering a positive work environment
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational progress and challenges
  • Conduct site visits and oversee multiple locations including new account launches
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies while managing team performance
