Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years supervisory experience in parking hospitality or related customer service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong customer service communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze financial documents and operational data
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours including outdoor environments
- Physical ability to stand walk and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least five years of supervisory experience in parking hospitality or customer service
- Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven client management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing payroll scheduling and labor costs
- Skilled in training and developing teams across multiple sites
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for each property ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Manage scheduling staffing and quality assurance for smooth daily operations
- Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitor site-level revenue payroll and expenses to maintain budget compliance
- Recruit train and coach hourly associates setting clear performance expectations
- Provide regular updates to management through reports and timely communication
- Travel as required to oversee performance support new account launches and maintain client relationships
