Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- five years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related field
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
- ability to pass and maintain clean background check
- strong communication skills
- flexibility to work varying hours including occasional travel
- ability to use personal cell phone for work communication as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- at least five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service field
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage multiple locations and large teams
- proficiency in financial monitoring and operational analysis
- valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- ability to pass background check
Job Duties
- serve as primary contact for property owners and hotel management
- manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance for valet operations
- recruit, train, and coach hourly associates
- monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses
- provide regular updates and reports to management
- conduct site visits to oversee operations and resolve issues
- foster positive work environment and enforce company policies
