Job Requirements
- BS degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
- Five to seven years of ticket box office or call center management experience
- Three to five years of ticketing software experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during tour season
- Ability to travel extensively during the tour season and occasionally at other times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Must understand primary workplace languages
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as Vivenu, Ticketmaster, Paciolan, and SeatGeek
- Passion and positive outlook
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Five to seven years of ticket box office or call center management experience
- Three to five years of ticketing software experience
- Experience with Vivenu Ticket System and Ticketmaster a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Job Duties
- Understand key functions and features of the Vivenu ticket system used for Drum Corps International events
- Liaison with Ticketmaster venues to create events, prepare on-sales and utilize secondary box office services
- Aid staff working with venues operating alternate ticketing platforms (Paciolan, SeatGeek, etc.) to ensure ticket sales for the event are as efficient as possible
- Coordinate promotions and special events with DCI marketing staff
- Work with DCI Ticketing Service clients to provide the creation of events including creation of the agreement and execution of the ticketing service agreement, on-sale dates, day of show staffing and post-event reconciliation with settlement
- Coordinate site visits with DCI event staff to obtain seating availability and design, handicap and other special access requirements, facility promotion and other details
- Administer and process the Corps Block Program for all World Class Corps
- Coordinate Friends of DCI ticketing needs for World Championships and DCI Operated events with the Development Director and Friends of DCI Coordinator
- Coordinate any ticketing needs and special events with the Business Development and Housing departments, as well as the INpact Band programs
- Develop and coordinate additional streams of revenue using the ticketing system
- Process internal and external ticket requests during the season
- Review and update current ticketing policies for sales, refunds and exchanges in conjunction with CFO and Ticketing Manager
- Manage event budgets and financials for assigned events
- Oversight of ticketing team (Ticketing Manager and Ticketing Coordinators)
- Assist seasonal staff (Group Sales Representatives, Ticket Agents) with any issues that may arise
- Develop recruitment of new seasonal ticket staff members with a regional focus in conjunction with the Director of Events and Ticketing Manager
- Other duties as assigned
