Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a test pilot
- Valid commercial pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings
- Ability to travel as required
- Strong understanding of FAA and other regulatory standards
- Proficient in flight test data analysis software
- Ability to maintain physical fitness standards for piloting

Job Duties
- Conduct flight tests to evaluate aircraft performance
- Mentor and lead junior test pilots and support team members
- Maintain proficiency in multiple aircraft types including fixed-wing and rotary-wing
- Analyze and report flight test data to support engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during certification processes
- Collaborate with engineering and technical staff to develop test plans
- Demonstrate aerospace technology capabilities during certification and marketing activities
