Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years of talent sourcing experience
- experience in both high-volume and professional recruiting
- knowledge of OFCCP compliance preferred
- understanding of freight forwarding and logistics industry talent needs
- proficiency in using sourcing platforms and ATS tools
- ability to manage vendor relationships and sourcing metrics
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work hybrid three days per week at Itasca office
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with equivalent work experience
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of talent sourcing experience including high-volume and professional recruiting
- 1+ years of experience with OFCCP and compliance sourcing practices preferred
- strong understanding of freight forwarding, third-party logistics, and supply chain talent markets
- proficiency with sourcing platforms such as Circa, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SeekOut
- experience managing vendors and tracking sourcing performance metrics
- excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills
Job Duties
- Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for exempt and non-exempt logistics roles
- partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and compliance standards
- create and execute sourcing event strategies including job fairs and conferences
- build repeatable sourcing processes and document workflows
- develop and manage localized talent pools for major logistics hubs
- implement diverse sourcing strategies to increase representation
- manage sourcing vendors and track platform performance
- advise and train recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing tactics and tools
- provide labor market insights related to freight forwarding trends
- contribute to employer branding through social media and job board optimization
- perform other assigned duties and comply with company policies
