Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to lift or move 50+ pounds
- Availability to support stores in Tualatin, OR and other locations as needed
- Experience in retail sales and store management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit store management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and drive sales performance
- Experience in workforce management including scheduling and staffing
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketing, and store operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to support stores across multiple locations
- Proficient in using company systems and tools for operations
Job Duties
- Drive individual and team sales performance and KPIs
- Train and coach store employees in sales, product knowledge and operating activities, providing constructive feedback
- Create an environment where customers are always at the center and have an exceptional experience
- Communicate professionally and regularly with field employees to address immediate concerns and questions
- Assist in multi-store staffing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned coursework and training
- Conduct workforce management activities such as store staffing schedules and reconciling punches
- Achieve or exceed individual store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
- Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing, and point-of-purchase standards
- Ensure company policies and state regulations are followed
- Partner with marketing to plan and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- Lift or move 50+ pounds
