Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, focusing on premium services or event planning
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Proven experience managing high-profile events in sports, entertainment, art/cultural, or e-sports/gaming sectors is preferred
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, including multi-day, weekends, and short-notice travel

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy tailored to customers and partners
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of hospitality experiences including venue selections, catering, entertainment, and transportation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing clear communications and personalized experiences
  • Manage budgets for hospitality programs ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
  • Gather feedback from customers and partners to assess satisfaction and improve future offerings
  • Work closely with Lenovo partners, marketing, sales, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of hospitality initiatives
  • Oversee on-site event execution including setup, staffing, guest logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and problem-solving
