- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality management
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Flexibility to travel on short notice and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, focusing on premium services or event planning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Proven experience managing high-profile events in sports, entertainment, art/cultural, or e-sports/gaming sectors is preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, including multi-day, weekends, and short-notice travel
Job Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy tailored to customers and partners
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of hospitality experiences including venue selections, catering, entertainment, and transportation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing clear communications and personalized experiences
- Manage budgets for hospitality programs ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to assess satisfaction and improve future offerings
- Work closely with Lenovo partners, marketing, sales, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of hospitality initiatives
- Oversee on-site event execution including setup, staffing, guest logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and problem-solving
