- preferred 10 years experience
- high-energy individual with appreciation for sports and special events
- experience running sport programs and tournaments
- outstanding customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficient computer skills
- organized and detail oriented
- CPR certification

Job Duties
- Develops clinics, leagues, lessons, tournaments, and special events
- establishes collaborative team including instructors, staff, and ambassadors
- supports manager with financial reporting and accounting
- coordinates special events including junior/high school academy and player development institute
- develops communication and staffing models for tournaments and events
- monitors and updates court reservation and booking systems
- creates marketing materials, mailings, emails, and social media posts
- tracks and reports on special events and programs
- manages expenses and revenues for events and programs
- ensures timely completion of event logistics
- oversees and evaluates instructor team
- manages player rating program and assessments
- develops and monitors DUPR rating program
