Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commitment to quality and customer service

  • Culinary leadership experience for 1-2 years
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to create and implement menus
  • Experience in team supervision and development
  • Proactive work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in directing and overseeing all culinary operations
  • Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, counseling, training and scheduling
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards
  • Implement cost controls and contribute to overall profitability
  • Lead kitchen operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
