Job Requirements

  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in direction and oversight of culinary operations
  • Prepare and produce all hotel meals to the highest standards
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop and implement menu selections for banquets and special events
  • Monitor team member performance including supervision, training, scheduling, and evaluations
  • Maintain cost controls and contribute to financial profitability
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
