Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in culinary or food and beverage
- OR two-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Two years experience in culinary or related field
- Ability to lead and manage culinary team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise culinary staff in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Prepare and cook food items while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen shifts and coordinate activities with cooks and other kitchen workers
- Develop and implement food-related policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain operating budgets and inventory control
- Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members to improve performance and satisfaction
