Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years culinary leadership experience
  • Experience working in unionized hotel environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
