Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a sous chef, chef, or senior sous chef
  • at least 5 years culinary or cook experience
  • strong organizational skills and previous production planning experience
  • experience in banquets and high-volume cooking
  • open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • union management experience highly preferred

  • ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the breakfast buffet operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • supervise and mentor kitchen staff and junior chefs
  • plan and coordinate food production for high-volume service
  • maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in menu planning and inventory management
  • collaborate with banquet and event teams for seamless service delivery
  • ensure compliance with union and hotel policies
