- Minimum of two years culinary leadership experience
- Union experience required
- Previous hotel culinary experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations including meal preparation, food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, team productivity, policy implementation, cost control and profitability
- Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, training, scheduling, assigning work and recognition
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and service to consistently exceed guest expectations
