Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years culinary or related experience OR 2-year accredited degree in culinary arts or hospitality management with 2 years experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Understanding of financial and operational management
  • Certification in food handling and sanitation preferred.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or related professional experience
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and operations
  • Experience with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Capable of developing and mentoring staff
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Knowledge of labor management and payroll systems.

  • Assists Executive Chef with kitchen operations
  • Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards
  • Checks quality of raw and cooked food products
  • Assists in determining food presentation and creates decorative displays
  • Provides services above and beyond for customer satisfaction
  • Manages day-to-day operations to ensure quality and meet customer expectations
  • Improves service by communicating and coaching employees
  • Observes service behaviors and provides feedback
  • Strives to improve service performance
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction and continuous improvement
