Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting
- strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- experience in food service management including inventory management and cost control
- familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices within the food industry
- excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality advantageous

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
- supervise kitchen staff providing guidance and training
- oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- manage inventory control including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
- monitor kitchen operations during service to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
- assist with shift management and scheduling staff to meet operational demands
