Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Two years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation certifications
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain budgetary compliance
  • Capable of coaching and mentoring employees
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Must be able to work in person at Newport Beach, California

Job Qualifications
