Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from accredited institution in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Two years of experience in culinary or food and beverage field
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Willingness to perform culinary tasks during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with four years of related experience
- OR two-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with two years of professional experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to prepare and cook a wide variety of foods
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff and daily operations
- Manage employee productivity and foster a collaborative team environment
- Ensure all food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Develop and implement culinary innovations and improvements
- Manage kitchen budgets, purchasing, and inventory
