Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in culinary or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • 2 years professional culinary experience
  • ability to lead teams
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • knowledge of food handling and sanitation
  • ability to supervise and coordinate kitchen operations
  • capable of managing budgets and purchasing
  • commitment to high quality food service
  • willingness to work full time
  • bonus eligible position

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or food and beverage experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of culinary or food and beverage experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
  • experience in culinary presentation and food quality control

Job Duties

  • Lead, influence, and encourage culinary team
  • supervise and manage kitchen employees
  • ensure productivity and maintain employee satisfaction
  • personally prepare food items and lead shifts
  • supervise food preparation activities
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations
