Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • experience in progressive culinary or kitchen management roles
  • familiarity with high-volume foodservice operations preferred
  • knowledge of current food trends and quality control
  • proficiency in computer systems for financial controls and inventory management
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation compliance

Job Qualifications

  • high-volume foodservice experience preferred
  • strong understanding of food trends, quality standards, and cost controls
  • comfort with computer systems related to finance, inventory, and ordering platforms

Job Duties

  • support the executive chef with menu planning, food production, and daily operations
  • supervise food preparation, execution, and presentation
  • assist with cost controls, inventory management, and ordering
  • execute catering and special events
  • support the implementation of new culinary programs
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
