Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
- 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related area
- ability to lead and supervise culinary staff
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- effective communication skills
- capability to manage budgets and purchasing
- flexibility to work full time in Dallas, Texas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Accountable for overall success of daily kitchen operations
- exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading staff
- manage all food related functions
- continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
- supervise all kitchen areas to ensure consistent, high quality product
- guide and develop staff including direct reports
- ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved
